Well, what I have today is a vegetable peeler from Wonderful Cuisine. I don't know if you can see the little chef logo on it. It's heavy, made of stainless steel, and feels very weighty. I have big hands, and I really like how it feels in my hand.

If you need several slices of cheese for a charcuterie board or crudités, this peeler makes nice, even, thin slices. Of course, that works with any vegetable peeler, but I wanted to show you this one. It's an awesome product, and I highly recommend it. I like it, and I think you will too.
Heavy, sharp, impressive in appearance & most importantly (for me as a southpaw) it's a usable, comfortable tool for left-handed folks! I've never had a "nice" peeler much less one that I can use without shredding the top of my thumb & palm.
